  • Very cool! I love it!
  • The widget is great - I've been wanting to add a TeachStreet link to my blog, and now you've provided the perfect solution. Thanks!
  • Doesn't seem to work in Wordpress, OR I'm simply missing a step or doing something wrong...any tips?
  • Hi Tamara,

Currently our widgets use java script to incorporate dynamic pictures, subject titles and other information updates about your profile and classes. Unfortunately, Wordpress, Myspace and a handful of other sites and blog platforms do not allow java script to run. The case where our widgets will work in Wordpress is if you're hosting a Wordpress blog yourself and not using their "hosted service" (i.e. <yourdomain>.wordpress.com). So in a nutshell, if you're site has a wordpress.com extension at the end of the URL, our widgets will currently not function. We hope to have a solution at some point in the future. Thanks for your continued support, patience and understanding.</yourdomain>

  • I had a little difficulty adding my widget but I copied and pasted onto my blog and just instructed my followers to click on any teachstreet link to find info on cooking, dance classes, articles, etc. I know it will still work ;)
  • OK, I added the widget, wonderful idea! Where do I fill out to get my tshirt????

  • very cool indeed!
  • Your get the Widget code button does not work. I hit it several times and it does nothing. I have a Website that would be perfect for the widget but if it won't give me the code then I guess I don't need it.
  • Sorry you're having troubles with that -- you should be able to get to the widget from this link:

    http://www.teachstreet.com/widget
  • Hey folks -- sorry for causing a little confusion -- we updated the blog post yesterday and inadvertantly deleted the 'form' submission where you enter your address, website and other info -- it's now added back to the blog entry, so if you return and fill out/submit that info, we'll get you into the t-shirt queue (as soon as we verify the widget install).

    Thanks!

    Dave
