We have a Friday afternoon tradition, where each team member teaches everyone else something new, with it rotating among team members each week. Several Friday’s ago, I decided to delegate my teaching to Margie (real name MAY be Heidi…) at Tougo Coffee, near our office in South Lake Union, Seattle. We each got a turn at the espresso machine, and got ourselves heavily caffeinated.
