I, for one, will be OK if folks forego the chicken tending — every time we go on vacations and the roosters are running wild, they drive me insane with their crowing… of course, the fresh eggs are another matter…

I think the chicken care classes are awesome, Ashley. Although I’m not sure I’ll be doing any poultry keeping any time soon. I’m afraid my studio apartment is messy enough with just the one chicken. :–)
