		<description>Do not understand the student &quot;convenience&quot; fee being tied to a percentage of the class fee. A flat fee - if any fee at all - would seem to be more appropriate. The student fee, in and of itself, I find too &quot;TicketMaster&quot; for my tastes.</description>
