Financial Times covers TeachStreet

Several weeks ago, our friends (and, arguably, competitors!) at the UK’s School of Everything passed on a reporter from the Financial Times to us, who wanted to write a story comparing the startup process in the UK vs. that in the States.  Since we both came up with similar ideas and launched websites to encourage lifelong learning in the same general timeframe, writer Jonathan Moules thought it would be interesting to profile some of the similarities and differences.

I’d post the full article here, but I’m pretty sure that would violate international trademark laws of some sort (confused? take an international business class)… so, go read the TeachStreet / School of Everything article here!

Also, since the SOE team had a much more fun picture included in the store, we thought we’d include one of the more fun pics from our photo shoot here (take that, SOE! :-) )

Awesome article Dave — that’s great coverage in those salmon pink pages. I got wind of it from MCDM’er Dan Lamont, who somehow managed to make you look good!

Thanks for the shout-out Hanson — yeah, Dan’s a bit of a magician with that camera — his pics on his site are amazing!
